In accordance with the Paris Bar regulations, we always submit engagement letters to our clients and agree on our fees prior to the completion of our missions. Our engagement letter provide for the estimated or fixed amount of our fee, on the basis of hourly rates or lump sum payments. We closely monitor our fees and provide our clients with a summary upon request. We will contact you if any change in our assignment is likely to give rise to additional costs or increse the amount of the fees initially agreed.
